Sometimes personal schedules don’t always align with standard collision repair hours, which is why we provide a secure After-Hours Night Drop Box for convenient vehicle drop-off. Whether your vehicle needs an estimate, body repairs, or other services, our goal is to make your experience easy, flexible, and worry-free.

How to Drop Off Your Vehicle After Hours

1. Park your vehicle in the designated customer parking area in front of our building.
2. Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before leaving it.
3. Locate the Night Key Drop Box near the front door for easy access.
4. Remove your personal home/office keys from your car key chain.
5. Now, drop your key/s securely into the slot on the glass front door of the box.
6. If you were not able to notify our staff in advance, don’t worry, but please make sure to call the following day (during business hours) at 702-558-0528 to give us the following:

• Your full name
• Best contact phone number and/or email address
• Vehicle make, model, and year
• A brief description of the repair or concern

Once we receive your information, our certified estimators will review it, inspect your vehicle, and contact you with updates as the process begins to ensure your vehicle is worked on efficiently.
